BHAA Intermediate Coach Qualification

Thank you for your interest in studying for the Intermediate Coach qualification. This qualification will allow you to teach a much broader range of shots and therefore allow your students to try out a greater variety of tracks.  This booklet contains all the syllabus details and sign-off sheets required for this qualification, except for Module F (coaching theory) which is available separately.  Objective:  These candidates must demonstrate good knowledge and practical ability in horseback archery and the associated fields of archery, riding and horsemanship. The Intermediate Coach must provide a good level of training horseback archers in a club setting and for those who are wishing to compete at grassroots level, so a good understanding of coaching practise and the ability to critically assess safety is required.
